docker(ubuntu18.04)にrails環境を作る
apt-get update
apt-get install rbenv

gem install rails

同セグメントの自機IPへpingをしてから、pingしたらつながった。その後 docker psも効くようになった。
これはたまたまかもしれない。VMを再起動したりいろいろ試すと回復する。
NDISドライバーをver5でインストールしたDELL Win8.1では問題無い。

Puppeteer

2017年にGoogleのChrome DevTools Teamが開発したNode.js製のライブラリ。内部でDevToolsプロトコルを介してChrome/Chromiumを操作する。

CPUがIntel製であること
CPUが仮想化支援機能（VT-x）をサポートしていること
PCのBIOS/UEFI（以下、単にBIOS）でVT-xの利用が有効になっていること
WindowsがVT-xを認識していること
メモリーを十分に搭載していること（最低限8GB？）

WPの更新

WordPress 5.2.2 は PHP バージョン5.6.20以上が必要なため、更新できません。現在の PHP バージョンは5.4.45です。
WordPress サイトのバックアップ手順は次のとおりです。PHP 7.3.6 (CGI版) へさくらサーバの設定を変更。その後5.2.2へ無事Update完了。
